What to Do After the UPSC Prelims Result?

The candidates who sail through the prelims cut-off and then these candidates need to fill the Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I). DAF-I is a necessary form for the following phase of the selection process. UPSC will soon release further guidelines regarding the DAF-I submission process, deadlines, and required documents once the result is published.

The two qualifying papers (Paper A and Paper B) are of 300 marks each but the marks are not included in the final merit list. The marks obtained in the remaining seven papers and the interview are used to determine the final merit list.
