Ans. Yes, we do have a refund policy. The refund can be initiated within the first 5 days of admission. The admission fee out of the paid amount is deducted and the remaining is returned to the student within 15–20 days (Conditions Applied). Ans. You will receive your login credentials within 24 working hours after the payment of the Course Fee.

Ans. No, there will be no access to courses beyond the access date. The online access facility is available only during the course period.

Ans. A lecture usually takes around 6–7 hours from the end of the lecture for uploading on the NEXT IAS live/online portal.

Ans. The Live/Online Course can be accessed through only one device. However, if a device needs to be switched, it can be done through a request over email at onlinesupport@nextias.com. Any issue shall be resolved within 24 hours.

Ans. NEXT IAS Postal Department delivers the study material after 15 days from the admission date. A mail is sent to the student to confirm their current address so that the book reaches you safely.

Ans. Yes, a student may change their mode from Classroom to online by paying a nominal mode transfer fee. Online students will have to pay the difference amount in addition to the Mode Transfer Fee.
