हिरासत में मृत्यु क्या है?
हिरासत में मृत्यु (Custodial Death) उस स्थिति को दर्शाती है जब किसी व्यक्ति की पुलिस या न्यायिक हिरासत में रहते हुए मृत्यु हो जाती है।
यह मृत्यु मुकदमे से पहले, पूछताछ के दौरान या सजा के बाद भी हो सकती है।
