NECTDAM is a North East focused Scholarship test designed to identify, support and guide aspiring civil services candidates from the North Eastern region. The initiative focuses on early stage talent discovery and equitable access to guidance. The scholarship test will take place both in offline and online mode, across 4 cities of Arunachal Pradesh and Delhi.

The shortlisted candidates will be awarded upto 100% scholarships on tuition fee in our GS Pre cum Mains foundation and CSAT course.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration:

  • For appearing in the scholarship test, applicants must register online through the official website of NEXT IAS.
  • Registration will only be considered complete upon providing accurate and complete information.

2. Scholarship award:

  • Scholarship is available only for the following courses of NEXT IAS:
    • Delhi Centre: GS Pre cum Main Foundation course for CSE 2027 in English.
    • Jaipur Centre: GS Pre cum Main Foundation course for CSE 2027 in English.
  • Scholarship benefits in the form of fee concessions will be applicable only on the GS Foundation Course and CSAT Course offered by NEXT IAS.
  • Scholarship amount would be adjusted against the tuition fee of the GS Pre cum Main Foundation course at the time of admission.
  • Shortlisted students can take admission in any GS Pre cum Main foundation batch till 15th Aug 2026. But to reserve your seat, you need to pay a nominal confirmation fee of Rs. 500 (non-refundable) before a tentative deadline.
  • The scholarship is non-transferable to any other candidate or course.
  • Decisions of NEXT IAS regarding scholarship awards are final and binding.

3. Disqualification:

  • Submission of false or misleading information in the registration form will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Applicants found involved in cheating, or any form of malpractice during the test will be disqualified.
  • NEXT IAS Institute reserves the full right to disqualify any candidate found engaging in cheating or using unfair means during the examination.

4. Test Details:

  • NEXT IAS reserves the right to change the test date at any time. In case of any modification, registered students will be notified.
  • Allotment of the test center is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to assign applicants their preferred test center. But NEXT IAS reserves the right to allocate any test center, as circumstances may require.
  • The decision of NEXT IAS will be final in case of any dispute with the answer key of scholarship test.

5. Preferred NEXT IAS center for joining the course:

  • Applicants indicating their preferred NEXT IAS center for joining the course in the registration form does not guarantee admission in that center. The final admission depends upon the availability of seats in the respective NEXT IAS centers.

6. Changes and Cancellation:

  • NEXT IAS reserves the right to modify or cancel the scholarship test at any time.
  • In case of cancellation of the test, registered applicants will be notified.

7. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Domicile Requirement: To avail the scholarship benefit, the applicant must belong to any of the Northeastern states of India (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura).
  • Educational Qualification: The applicant must have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) from any recognized board such as State Boards, CBSE, ICSE, or any other recognized authority.

8. Merit List:

  • The merit list for the scholarship examination will be prepared separately for offline and online candidates, based on the mode of examination opted by the applicant.
