Formed in 2014, the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is implemented for development of rural youth through skill development courses and employment opportunities. On the model of livelihood enhancement, it mainly targets the poor sections of society by way of training, certification, placement, and other supports to enable sustainable income generation and economic empowerment.
