गैस का पुनर्वितरण: निम्न-प्राथमिकता वाले उपभोक्ता जैसे पेट्रोकेमिकल्स एवं विद्युत संयंत्रों की आपूर्ति में कटौती कर उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले क्षेत्रों को समर्थन।
पूल्ड तंत्र: पेट्रोलियम नियोजन एवं विश्लेषण प्रकोष्ठ (PPAC) गैर-प्राथमिकता क्षेत्रों से प्राथमिकता क्षेत्रों में स्थानांतरित गैस के लिए पूल्ड मूल्य अधिसूचित करेगा, जिससे कमी के समय मानकीकृत मूल्य सुनिश्चित हों।
