यह भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई एक केंद्रीय क्षेत्र योजना है, जिसका उद्देश्य वैज्ञानिक मधुमक्खी पालन को बढ़ावा देना और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शहद एवं अन्य मधुमक्खी उत्पादों का उत्पादन करना है।  

यह नेशनल बी बोर्ड (NBB) के माध्यम से लागू की जाती है और इसे आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान के अंतर्गत घोषित किया गया था, जिसमें तीन वर्षों (वित्त वर्ष 2020–21 से 2022–23) के लिए ₹500 करोड़ का कुल बजट निर्धारित किया गया था।
