Akansh Dhull, a 25-year old B.Com (Hons) graduate from SRCC college has secured All India Rank (AIR) 03 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025. He belongs to Rohtak, Haryana and after securing AIR-295 last year this time he secured AIR-3 in his 4th attempt. His primary schooling was from his hometown itself. He was always among the toppers during his academic excellence and even he scored 10 CGPA in high school.

Akansh Dhull, who was born in Rohtak, Haryana, finished his education at St. Kabir Public School and Bhavan Vidyalaya in Chandigarh. He pursued B.Com (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. His father Krishan Dhull serves in public life while his mother works in education.

He achieved exceptional success in his 4th attempt because he learned from previous attempts and developed a new strategy through mock practice and better integration of current affairs with static subjects which helped him secure AIR 3 in UPSC CSE 2025.
