Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">The regulator\u2019s move to recommend these prices only for 20 years, despite the government\u2019s decision to allocate any new spectrum auctioned for 30 years \u201cdefied logic\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:disc\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Meagre Cut in Prices: <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Owing to the one-and-a-half-time multiplier that TRAI has suggested if spectrum is purchased for 30 years, the effective cut in prices would be in the range of just 3-10 per cent, which is much lower than the industry demand of 90 per cent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:disc\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book style=\"color:#000000\">Making all spectrum available for sale in the forthcoming auctions would be a \u201ccase of oversupply to terrestrial telecom at the cost of the satellite style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Private network: <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">The TRAI\u2019s recommendation to allow private captive networks would \u201cdramatically alter\u201d the industry\u2019s dynamics and hurt the financial health of the telecom Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>It works in three bands of the spectrum with their respective pros and cons.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li
