Key reforms should include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Redesigning B.A., B.Sc. and B.Com. programmes into applied, industry-aligned specialisations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scaling <strong>Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programmes<\/strong> and work-integrated learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building skills for high-growth sectors such as <strong>green industries and electric vehicles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening PPP-based skilling universities and giving ITIs greater academic and administrative autonomy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embedding digital literacy, financial literacy and workplace readiness in education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expanding career counselling and targeted support for women and disadvantaged
