<\/strong>has become the <strong>first state in India to commercially produce Matcha tea,<\/strong> with production commencing at the <strong>Chota Tingrai Tea Estate in eastern Assam&#8217;s Tinsukia district.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Matcha<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Matcha<\/strong> is made after shading <strong>Camellia sinensis tea leaves <\/strong>fo<strong>r three to four weeks before harvest.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blocking 90% of sunlight from the leaves <\/strong>boosts their<strong> chlorophyll and amino acid levels, <\/strong>and gives its characteristic <strong>bright green colour and rich umami flavour.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Matcha originated through <strong>cultural exchanges between China and Japan during the premodern period.\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It developed from earlier powdered tea practices in China that were later introduced to Japan by <strong>Zen Buddhist monks.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>China is the largest producer of matcha tea.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Singapore, South Korea and Middle Eastern countries are some of the main markets for match tea exports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Source: <\/strong><a bullet train corridor \u2013 the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The corridor will connect <strong>Mumbai and Ahmedabad in about 1 hour 58 minutes<\/strong>. It covers a total length of approximately <strong>508 kilometres.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>12 stations<\/strong> have been planned along the route.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is expected to commence in <strong>August 2027. <\/strong>The first section to open will be from<strong> Surat to Vapi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The corridor has a design speed of <strong>350 kmph and an operational speed of 320 kmph.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The MAHSR Project is being developed using <strong>Japanese Shinkansen technology and operational practices.\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Track System:<\/strong> J-Slab ballastless track technology is being introduced in India for the first time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Track Construction Bases:<\/strong> Dedicated Track Construction Bases are being developed. But if the test results lead police investigators to obtain new evidence, that evidence may be admissible in court under<strong> Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A polygraph test can be conducted <strong>only with the voluntary consent<\/strong> of the person concerned.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In <strong>Selvi v.
