Mulla Committee: <\/strong>Formally the <strong>All India Committee on Jail Reforms (1980\u201383) <\/strong>recommended Separation of undertrial prisoners from convicts and improvement of prison conditions, nutrition, and sanitation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Justice Amitava Roy Committee:<\/strong> It recommended decongestion of prisons, speedy trials and legal aid reforms and use of technology for prison management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Krishna Iyer Committee: <\/strong>It advocated for separate jail facilities for women to prevent exploitation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Judicial Interventions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hussainara Khatoon v.
