Non-Communicable Diseases Platform (NCD) <\/strong>\u2013 A digital platform for screening, diagnosis, and management of major non-communicable diseases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH)<\/strong> \u2013 A unified digital platform integrating skilling, training, and employment-related services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Public Financial Management System (PFMS) \u2013<\/strong> A platform for end-to-end monitoring of government funds and direct benefit transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PM GatiShakti \u2013 <\/strong>A GIS-based digital platform for
