Diplomacy: <\/strong>India Stack Global and GDPIR position India as a digital leader, with MoUs (Armenia, Sierra Leone) exporting DPI solutions to the Global South.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Challenges<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cyber Threats: <\/strong>RBI flagged risks of vendor dependence<strong>, cyber threats, and weak data protection <\/strong>frameworks .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital Divide:<\/strong> Despite progress, rural and marginalized communities face gaps in connectivity and digital literacy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interoperability &amp;
