instead, the toxin likely originates from symbiotic or ingested bacteria such as Vibrio, Aeromonas and Bacillus.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Across Asia, pufferfish poisoning is widely documented, with deaths reported in Bangladesh, Singapore and Hong Kong.
