width:302px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wp-images.nextias.com\/cdn-cgi\/image\/format=auto\/ca\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-27.png 344w, https:\/\/wp-images.nextias.com\/cdn-cgi\/image\/format=auto\/ca\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-27-300x244.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 344px) 100vw, 344px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To support the enhancement of disaster risk finance, <strong>key policy priorities to be considered by countries in the region include:\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>improving regulatory frameworks and institutional capacity,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>facilitating and broadening DRF policy options,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enhancing disaster risk finance education, and\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthening regional co-operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Disaster Resilient Infrastructure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (DRI)<\/strong> refers to the <strong>design and construction<\/strong> of infrastructure systems that can <strong>withstand, adapt to, and rapidly recover from disasters.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This resilience ensures<strong> uninterrupted essential services even during calamities.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As urbanization and national growth accelerate, infrastructure, such as power, water, and transportation become ever more crucial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-background has-fixed-layout\" style=\"background-color:#fff2cc\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>International Conference on Disaster Resilient Infrastructure<\/strong><br><br>&#8211; CDRI is a <strong>global partnership of National Governments,<\/strong> UN agencies and programmes, multilateral development banks and financing mechanisms, the private sector, academic and knowledge institutions.<br>&#8211;
