women\u2019s empowerment through Self-Help Groups (SHGs) under the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Saras Food Festival
