billion in April 2025<\/strong>, compared to<strong> $5.77 billion in April 2024<\/strong>, as per data released by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 19.1%,<\/strong> reaching <strong>$64.91 billion.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchandise trade deficit widened to<strong> $26.4 billion<\/strong> (up from <strong>$19.19 billion in April 2024).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Services Trade:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Services exports<\/strong> grew 17% to <strong>$35.31 billion.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Services imports<\/strong> rose 4.6% to <strong>$17.54 billion.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Services trade surplus <\/strong>thus stood at
