promote international cooperation and harmonised policy responses during public health emergencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R&amp;D and Technology Gaps: <\/strong>Disparity in research and production capabilities limited rapid response, especially in the Global South.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The agreement promotes technology transfer, capacity building, and geographically diverse R&amp;D.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lack of Timely Information Sharing:<\/strong> Delayed reporting of outbreaks and inadequate transparency in data sharing worsened the global spread of the virus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disruption in Global Supply Chains:<\/strong> Shortages of essential medical supplies revealed the fragility of global supply
