of the body.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The text is structured in<strong> three Mundakas or &#8220;chapters,<\/strong>&#8221; and it consists of dialogues between the <strong>sage Angiras and his disciple Shaunak.\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The philosophical text explores the <strong>nature of ultimate reality (Brahman)<\/strong> and the relationship between the <strong>individual soul (Atman) and the universal soul (Brahman).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The central theme<\/strong> of the Mundaka Upanishad revolves around the pursuit of knowledge that leads to liberation (moksha) and the distinction between higher and lower knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Upanishads<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Upanishads are a collection of ancient Indian philosophical texts that form the final or concluding part of the Vedas.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are often called <strong>vedanta <\/strong>which means the end of the veda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The word Upanishad can be translated as<strong> &#8220;sitting near&#8221;
