MoU between NDI (National Defence Institute, Guyana) &amp; RRU (Rashtriya Raksha University, Gujarat).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Guyana-India Bilateral Relations<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Establishment of Diplomatic Missions:<\/strong> The Indian Commission was established in Georgetown, Guyana in May <strong>1965,<\/strong> marking the beginning of formal diplomatic relations.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The mission was upgraded to a <strong>High Commission in 1968.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cultural Diplomacy:<\/strong> The <strong>Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre<\/strong> was set up in <strong>1972<\/strong> to foster cultural exchange and enhance mutual understanding between the peoples of India and Guyana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Development Cooperation: <\/strong>India\u2019s engagement in development assistance to Guyana has been significant, particularly under the<strong> Indian Technical &amp;
