style=\"color:#000000\">The actual history may not be clearly stated in the scriptures but some citations have been found in the ancient writings.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Sangam literature<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"> that talks about the happenings between 200 BC and 300 AD.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:circle\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Avaiyyar, a renowned woman of Sangam age also mentions <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span
