style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>building and hand-holding community aquaculture units<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:13pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"> maintained by local women to raise captive-bred marine ornamentals, including shrimps, to marketable size.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li
