Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath \u2013 nestled high up in the Himalayas.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:circle\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">\u00a0In Hindi, &#8216;char&#8217; Uttarakhand\u2019s Chamoli district in 2021 after a\u00a0 portion of the Nanda Devi glacier broke off and a sudden flood in the Dhauli Ganga, Rishi Ganga and Alaknanda rivers triggered widespread panic and large-scale devastation in the high mountain areas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:disc\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Kedarnath flood in Uttarakhand led by cloudburst and heavy rainfall led to widespread devastation in 2013.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span After several years of stabilization, the number of new psychoactive substances on the global market increased in 2021.
