style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2018MATSYA 6000\u2019 vehicle is being designed and developed by National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), Chennai under Ministry Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Among <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Asian countries<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, only Osaka in Japan features among the top 10 most (Syria) and Tripoli (Libya) are still at the bottom of the list, held back by social unrest, terrorism and conflict.
