  • It provides <\/span><\/span><\/span>security against scams and frauds<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> especially with high asset value and dispute-prone sectors like Real Estate.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

    • The <\/span><\/span><\/span>party receiving the money can not make withdrawals<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> from an escrow account until the set obligations are fulfilled.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

  • Objective:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> To address the concerns and grievances of <\/span><\/span><\/span>vulnerable sections of society<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> e.g; <\/span><\/span><\/span>elderly people (aged above 60 years)<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

    • All queries related to information on old age homes, physiotherapy units, health-related, mental health-related, and legal issues will be addressed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Apart from Uttar Pradesh, this project is already operational in <\/span><\/span><\/span>Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
