union territory to make them comparable thereby empowering the <strong>decision-making capabilities at the policy and administrative levels.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Key Indicators used for the assessment include:<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Biophysical aspects<\/strong>: Yield variability of food grains, area under rainfed agriculture, forest area per 1000 rural population, incidences of vector-borne diseases and water-borne diseases.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Institution and infrastructure<\/strong>: Area covered under centrally funded crop insurance schemes (such as <strong>Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna (PMFBY) <\/strong>and <strong>Revised Weather-based Crop Insurance\u00a0 Scheme (RWBCIS)<\/strong>, implementation of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong>Socio-economic features and livelihood status: <\/strong>Percentage of population living below the poverty line (BPL), income share from natural resources, women\u2019s participation in the workforce.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\"><strong><u>Major Findings of Report<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table cellspacing=\"0\" class=\"Table\" style=\"border-collapse:collapse;
