width:113.25pt\">\n<h3>E9 Initiative<\/h3>\n<\/td>\n<td style=\"background-color:#efefef; width:354.75pt\">\n<ul>\n<li>It is the <strong>consultation meeting<\/strong> of <strong>Education Ministers of E9 countries <\/strong>(Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Nigeria and Pakistan).<\/li>\n<li>It is the <strong>first of a three-phased process<\/strong> to co-create an initiative on digital learning and skills, targeting marginalised children and youth, especially girls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aim:<\/strong> To accelerate recovery and advance the <strong>Sustainable Development Goal 4 agenda<\/strong> by driving rapid change in <strong>education<\/strong> systems in three of the <strong>2020 Global Education Meeting priorities<\/strong>, namely,\n<ul>\n<li>Support for teachers.<\/li>\n<li>Investment in skills.<\/li>\n<li>Narrowing of the digital divide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Theme:<\/strong> Scaling up digital learning to accelerate progress towards SDG4.<\/li>\n<li>Spearheaded by the <strong>United Nations<\/strong> (UN), the E9 countries will have the <strong>opportunity to benefit from this global initiative<\/strong> and accelerate progress on digital learning, according to the <strong>UNESCO<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The initiative will highlight progress and share lessons learned regarding <strong>challenges on digital learning and skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color:#efefef;
