    • The cases of women such as<\/span><\/span><\/span> Shah Bano Begum & Ors<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> vs <\/span><\/span><\/span>Mohd. Ahmad Khan, Shayara Bano vs Union Of India<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span> and Ors. laid the foundation stones for this move.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • The law made the \u2018<\/span><\/span><\/span>triple talaq\u2019 a criminal offence<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
