Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">The LCRA platform and R&#038;D provide the preliminary drive for DRDO ADE\u2019s eventual Rustom-II Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong> against cuts and abrasion<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:square\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">The inner thermal layer provides insulation by creating air cushions and microclimate chambers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:square\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has developed a detect-and-destroy technology for drones, but it is not yet into mass Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">It has a 360\u00b0 radar that can detect micro drones up to 4 km, and other sensors to do so within 2 km. Its softkill range is 3 km and its hardkill range is between 150 m and 1 km.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:disc\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">The Army is working upon its swarm technology, with 75 drones swarming together to destroy simulated targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type:disc\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"><strong>Leased from other countries:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:'Book Antiqua',serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\"> In 2020, the Navy got two unarmed SeaGuardian Predator drones on lease from the US.
