Commission of India,<\/strong> in consultation with the State\/Union Territory government, <strong>appoints <\/strong>an officer of the government or the local authorities as the <strong>Electoral the process of sealing of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPATs) and other documents to <strong>ensure that all instructions of the Election Commission of India are complied with <\/strong>by the Polling Parties and the Polling Agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They <strong>also report to the General Observers directly about any vitiation of the poll proceedings
