This resolution defined the basic goal or purpose of the Indian Constitution. It also acted as the guiding principle for the members of the constituent assembly in framing the constitution. The same resolution was adopted as the Preamble to the Indian Constitution on <strong>January 22, 1947.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color
