the Government of India on January 22, 2015, at Panipat, in Haryana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project tries to address the issues of gender bias, declining child sex ratio (CSR) and empowers girls through improved access to education and healthcare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The program is jointly implemented by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and the lofty and noble ideals, the BBBP initiative demonstrates various loopholes that hinder its ability to function hlly:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Budget Ineffective:<\/strong> Most reports indicate that most of these fund budgets go to awareness campaigns instead of real ground work, implementation, or grassroots intervention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ineffective Implementation:<\/strong> The absence of proper monitoring and evaluation mechanisms results in an imbalanced progress of states for some states reap more benefits than others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grassroot Level Awareness is Very Low:<\/strong> Awareness is very little among the rural or marginalized communities, so neither of the two major issues infanticide of girls and education would take
